General Show Rules and Policies

Each event has its own rules and regulations based off state and local laws. We respect your right to barre arms but no loaded firearms are allowed at any event. Security will escort you off the premises if found so please secure them in your car or leave them at home. These rules apply to all attendees at 365 Promotions events. By entering an event, you agree to follow them. Read them before you arrive. No exceptions will be made for attendees who claim they were unaware.

General Conduct - Treat all attendees, vendors, staff, and exhibitors with respect. Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.Harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. Follow all instructions from staff and security personnel. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Waiver and Liability - By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Participation in any event activities, demonstrations, or hands-on exhibits is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. 365 Promotions, its staff, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your attendance or participation. Attendees with known medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity, loud noise, or outdoor conditions should consult their physician prior to attending. 365 Promotions is not responsible for the actions of third-party vendors, exhibitors, or other attendees. All attendees consent to any medical treatment that may be rendered in the event of an emergency.

Organizer Rights - 365 Promotions reserves the right to: Refuse entry to or remove any attendee who violates these rules or causes a disturbance. Modify the event schedule, layout, or programming at any time. Cancel, postpone, or relocate the event due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to weather, acts of God, or public safety concerns. Make final decisions on any matter not covered by these rules. Removal from the event due to a rule violation does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

Wasteland Commonwealth Festival - 10/24 -25 -2026 - Wrentham, MA

This event is for all Fallout fans and their family's. This includes fans of the game, other Fallout games and the Amazon TV series. Everyone is welcome so bring the family for a good time because if you are not a fan yet, you will be after the expo. You do not havbe to dress up but clothing is required. Alot of the attendees choose to dress as characters from the game or TV show while others do not. However,  there will be a cosplay / costume contest with prizes and giveaways. Real Firearms or pointed/sharpened blades of any type are not permitted. Pretend  / Cosplay weapons are allowed however. Security will check any weapons upon entry to the event and they will determine if allowed.
